The Mission Gift Shop, Museum and Garden are open from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Fridays through Sundays, and by appointment on Wednesday through Thursday for small group tours only.
Admission: Self-Guided Tour
$5.00 seniors – 60 years and over
$4.00 – 5 years to 17 years of age
Under 5 years of age – FREE
Mission San Juan Bautista admission is separate from the State Park admission.
All children under 18 must be accompanied by adults.
The Mission is currently taking reservations for small group private tours by appointment only on Wednesday through Friday. Please call 831-623-2127 to make your reservation.
We reserve the right to close certain areas of our property at any time due to the religious and historical nature of this Church and Museum. Thank you for your patience as we work to conserve and protect the architecture for all to enjoy.
The Mission is closed on New Year’s Day, Ash Wednesday, Good Friday, Day before Thanksgiving, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Eve.

No wedding photographs allowed in the church except for couples married at the Mission. If you are interested in having photos taken at the Mission please call 831-623-2127 for more information. The Mission is private property, photography is only allowed by appointment or a contract. Photography with professional photographers or without permission for weddings or events, which are not held at the Mission, are considered trespassing.
The Mission Gift Shop carries a large variety of religious and inspirational goods.
